I know all the theories and I know how my body feels when I eat veggies or meat. I know, I know, I know.
I have to say, I love food too much to renounce meat.
I am simply loving it.
Chicken, duck, pork, stag, deer, rabbit, kangaroo, crocodile, frogs, scorpion, cobra and even rat. I eat all kinds of meat and I want to try more.
Thick berber soup called harira is a wonderful meal. It’s main ingredients are tomatoes, chick peas, lentlis, onions, spices (mainly saffron, ginger, pepper), herbs like parsley etc. Ingredients and consistency of soup vary in different regions, so you must try it whenever you can. Food is one of the most important things for me and there is nothing better than sea food. The thing is, that we have trashed our seas and oceans, we’ve polluted the shit out them. We fished everything we could, we have almost exterminated all sharks, whales etc.
It is a known fact, that with the rate of sea food consumption, there will be no big fish left by year 2048 at all. What can you do? Eat while you can?
Tajine is a Moroccan national dish. In essence they are slowly cooked stews. I can assure you - taste is very good. You can get countless variations of this dish, so if you like stews - order it in every town you stop.
Italians are known for their prowess in food, but I guess all the airports in the world sell the same crap. Anyway - dinner was a success, since we were incredibly hungry.
We still had a night ahead of us.
