Londons Eye is (yet again) another a bit too overrated tourist attraction, because of the steep price - 19 pounds for a ride is too much. You will also have a chance to see 4D (with special effects like water sprinkle and smoke in addition to regular 3D) movie about the wheel, but it is not worth it anyways.

Without a proper guide you will have to stick to maps and they will guide you to this.

Also: you will have to a stand in queue.

“Earth has not anything to show more fair:

Dull would he be of soul who could pass by

A sight so touching in its majesty:

This City now doth like a garment wear

The beauty of the morning: silent, bare,

Ships, towers, domes, theatres, and temples lie

Open unto the fields, and to the sky,

All bright and glittering in the smokeless air.

Never did sun more beautifully steep

In his first splendour valley, rock, or hill;

Ne’er saw I, never felt, a calm so deep!

The river glideth at his own sweet will:

Dear God! the very houses seem asleep;

And all that mighty heart is lying still!”

I just saw two pickpocketers at work. It is so bizarre to notice these things. A bit like deja vu.

I was walking on a bridge and thinking if I should make another ten pictures of the London Eye. One man just turned around in the crowd walking in front of me. He went to the railings and gave something to some other guy. They’ve split afterwards. With the first one going back into the sea of people.

Why did I even notice that.
