In Congo, some prisons have 7-8 times more prisoners being held than it was originally intented.
There are some prisons with only handful of guards and other prisoners are being asked to supervise the other inmates.
I was the only white person (except the police) who was interested in this. I have talked to these women. You can hear them talk here.
